Ayesha Takia

Ayesha Azmi who was born 10th April 1986 in India is an actress who has appeared primarily in Hindi films. Ayesha Takia first made an appearance with Taarzan The Wonder Car (2004) won Filmfare Best Debut Award. She then had appearances in a number of popular films, including Paathshaala (2010) Wanted (2009) Salaam-E-Ishq (2007) and Socha Na Tha (2010). The first time she appeared was in an advertisement for Complan which is a popular healthy drink. Shahid Kapoor and she were in the iconic advertisement "I'm Complan girl, I'm Complan boy". The remix song Nahin Nahin Abhi Nahin was also featured her. Due to its success her popularity grew during India's period of remixes. Soon after, she began receiving Bollywood film offers. Takia was waiting until Takia was a star before she knew about Taarzan The Wonder Car. Takia originally intended to appear as a character in Socha Na Tha. But delays in production caused delay. Ayesha showed her moral courage in her criticism of her father-in law, Samajwadi Party Samajwadi Party MP Abu Azmi on the punishment of the rape victim. In a PETA India campaign, she signed the public announcement that she is vegan. She was featured in 2006 as one of the Most Desirable Women of India.
